ESPIRITU SANTO ARCHIPELAGO
The Espíritu Santo Archipelago is a UNESCO Heritage Site and a place you just can't miss when visiting La Paz. An hour away by boat, these volcanic islands host one of the most diverse underwater ecosystems on earth. A place Jacques Cousteau named “the world's aquarium”. Around Espiritu Santo there are many beautiful snorkeling sites with coral reefs and a very wide variety of colorful fish, including Los Islotes where from September to May you can swim with a curious and playful colony of sea lions. Not only snorkeling is something amazing, but as well the landscapes the islands have to offer with impressive rock formations and white sandy beaches where we will serve you a delicious meal. As an extra, we often can encounter in this experience some of the many marine animals found in the Sea of Cortez such as dolphins, turtles, whales, orcas, rays, etc.
